Meryl Fiber® is a young company which is based on a long history of Rhodia experience and know-how, developing , producing and marketing an extensive range of PA 66 TEXTILE ,BCF ,and FIBER types for the carpet and affiliated industries.

The company specifics are: Eco Meryl

• The integrated polymerisation of PA 66.
• Reuse of the heat of the PA 66 poly condensation process in the production process.
• The water-cooling system for the BCF and Fibre production processes.
• The use of the least energy consuming transport systems for raw material entry, which is by rail from within France.
• To minimise the waste factor of the production processes and to use facilitate the unavoidable waste for recycling into granulates.
• To create products of very high quality standards which have in terms of abrasion, resilience and maintenance a long life- cycle.
• The steam applied in the Meryl production process is created by recycling the heat of the poly condensation process and by the waste combustion facilities of the France Northern region.
