MERYL COARSE COUNT

The MERYL COARSE COUNT program is made for:

• Entrance areas with heavy foot traffic
• Institutional buildings
• Transport business

Extensive research has proven that up to 60% of the maintenance costs can be saved by the installation of high quality Entrance mats and or runners. For these applications, the MERYL COARSE COUNT products have a big advantage trough the high degree of durability of the yarn.

The Yarns applied
• 2500 dtex with 30 filaments = 80 dpf
• 2700 dtex with 68 filaments = 40 dpf
• 3200 dtex with 40 filaments = 80 dpf
• 5000 dtex with 60 filaments = 80 dpf

Mostly combined with a water trapping yarn.
Specially developed by Meryl Fiber mostly space dyed.

 

The MERYL COARSE COUNT program is Next to the existing range, MERYL FIBER launched final total counts  with very high dtex on each individual filament, being:
• 1680 dtex with 4 filaments = 420 dpf
• 2400 dtex with 4 filaments = 600 dpf
• 3360 dtex with 8 filaments = 420 dpf

All coarse count items are available in piece dyeing , space dyeing as well as in solution dyed versions.
